I have started a PROFESSIONAL UNIFORMED HOTEL SECURITY OFFICER to work Fri/Sat evening hours from 9pm to 5am.
This position is a mobile officer (security vehicle) that would travel from property to property and be on call for problems
at your hotel. If you need a guest or intoxicated person evicted/arrested/removed you would simply call the officer
who would respond (most likely much faster then APD) and take care of your problem!
This will be a highly trained, fully uniformed officer with over 20 years of security experience (most in hotels).
You will have a release of liability so you would not be liable for any problems and he will only perform the duties your
manager/employee request! The hotel would pre-pay a $25 downpayment for the evening, and then if called for service
there would be a $20 charge.
When not on a call, the officer will rotate through the properties for that evening making polite contact with your front
desk staff, walking your property, and patrolling your lots from the security vehicle. He will remove persons loitering
and make contact with anyone that is not a guest. This will reduce the amount of problems at your property, and allows
your staff to handle the guests and not the problems!
I started this downtown and got a great reception from the employees! If your interested- please email the hotel
crime net
HotelCrimeNet@gci.net and give your name, title and the property you represent. You will be contacted ASAP.
Example: The hotel has a person who is intoxicated, yelling and refusing to leave- You only have a front desk clerk
who can not leave the lobby and CSP states they will be about an hour- do you call APD who tell you it will be two hours if
at all- on a busy weekend, or do you call the Hotel Patrol who responds within 15 minutes and removes the subject from
your property? This could also be a room suspected of dealing drugs, having a loud party, or someone threatening your staff-
it doesnt matter! We will handle it!
